Reclaimed bricks and stone feature throughout the building, especially in the design of the Motley Bar and Restaurant, blending heritage with efficiency. 

The hotel’s energy strategy centres on renewable and efficient systems. A rooftop array of 24 solar panels supplies clean energy to operations. In addition, an advanced heat recovery system improves ventilation efficiency and reduces overall energy consumption.
