Electricity North West’s Autumn Flexibility Services Tender is now live

Electricity North West is seeking 413MW of flexible capacity in 29 locations across Cumbria, Lancashire and Greater Manchester between 2024-28, with up to £7m available for the provision of these services.
The Autumn tender asks flexibility providers for 413MW of flexibility in 29 locations across our region. This procurement round is taking place on the PicloFlex platform; Providers can visit the platform at any time to complete company qualifications and upload assets. Full details of these requirements including postcodes, delivery windows, capacity required, response types (product) and ceiling prices are available to view for each zone on our interactive flexibility map and on PicloFlex.
Electricity North West are procuring three common products for this tender: Secure (pre-fault), Dynamic (post-fault) and Restore (post-fault).
Energy Efficiency measures can also provide flexible services through each of the three products, by installing energy efficiency schemes that reduce long-term energy demand.

Complete Technical Qualification by Friday 26 January 2024.
Confirm participation or withdraw from competition.
