Bee Net Zero partner Green Economy has launched 'Cut Carbon Cut Costs' an online training programme designed to help you future-proof your business.
Free to attend for businesses in Greater Manchester, this webinar series is ideal for those who want to reduce their costs as well as their environmental impact but need help knowing where to start.
With four 90-minute interactive sessions, Green Economy Sustainability and Resource Efficiency experts will guide you through:
The first session of the webinar series will explore the fundamentals of climate change
The second session of this webinar series will explore practical actions that businesses can take to reduce energy use, save money, and use resources more efficiently. Carbon reduction doesn't always require huge investments, many of the things we can do will actually save us money.
The third session of this webinar series will cover how to engage key stakeholders, with a focus on staff and management, in your sustainability programme. Businesses will come away with practical actions as well as an overview of how to build an engagement plan.
The final session of this webinar series will explore the do's and don'ts of marketing your sustainable activity, explore the risks of greenwashing as well as how to avoid it.
The training sessions offer the opportunity to share ideas with other business leaders and learn from successful case studies how to build resilience within your operations and face head-on the challenges presented by climate change.
